DATED : 22.07.2025 Applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application to permit him to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which, learned Counsel for the appellant has given no objection for permitting to withdraw 50% of amount on usual undertaking and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has no objection for the same.

Having considered the reason disclosed in the application, as well as no objection of learned Counsel for the appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is entitled to withdraw 50% of the amount, along with accrued interest thereon, upon furnishing the usual undertaking.

Registrar (J) is directed to transfer the 50% amount within five weeks along with accrued interest thereon, in the bank account of the applicant on his furnishing usual undertaking and bank account details to the Registry.
