Dated : 29th March, 2019 In view of the affidavit dated 28-3-2019 filed by the respondent Nos.2 and 3, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive. The petitioner is entitled to pensionary benefits and, therefore, the Education Officer shall take appropriate steps in the matter, which shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from today. In view of this, the earlier order dated 1-3-2019 is vacated. The petition stands disposed of.
