By this application, the respondent nos.1 to 5 is seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant.

Since in similar appeal arising out of same award has already been permitted to withdraw the entire amount of award, respondent nos.1 to 5 is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant alongwith interest accrued thereon, upon furnishing usual undertaking to the registry.
