In this Writ Petition the grievance of the petitioner is his placement in category "D" of the list of the Teaching Staff as maintained by the respondent Nos. 2 and 3. According to the petitioner, he was entitled to be placed in category "C". It is seen that there is no interim order passed in the Writ Petition. With passage of time, it is likely that the petitioner has superannuated from service. Smt. S.W. Deshpande, learned counsel of the petitioner submits that despite efforts, the petitioner has not contacted her.

In the light of these facts, it appears that with passage of time, the prayers made in the Writ Petition are rendered infructuous therefore, Writ Petition is disposed of as such. Rule discharged. No costs.
