Prayer in the application is to direct the petitioners to release the basic pay of the respondent No.1 at the rate of Rs.5830/- from 24-6-2013 along with all necessary benefits.
Shri V. G. Wankhede, the learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that on 29-12-2015, an office order has been issued and the benefit of aforesaid basic pay is being extended to the respondent from July, 2013. In view of this statement, Shri N. R. Saboo, learned Counsel does not press the civil application. The same is, therefore, disposed of.
