The assurance given by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the Investigating Officer that the accused persons shall be chargesheeted within a period of one week is accepted. 2.

The petitioner is granted liberty to study the chargesheet and if so required may give representation to the IO as regards lacuna if so noticed by the IO. It shall be open for the IO to accept such representation made by the petitioner/complainant and deal with the same in accordance with law.

If FSL reports are pending, same are expedited. It is directed that FSL reports be submitted by the IO within period of two months from today along with charge-sheet to the Court with whom the chargesheet is to be submitted. 4.

If so required, the IO is at liberty to file supplementary chargesheet. 5.
