Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Petitioners are seeking a direction for their appointment. By the impugned order, the Petitioners were informed that they were given temporary work on contract a data entry operator paid from establishment funds and those works are now over. Currently the work is not available.

It is not possible for us to issue a writ to the Respondents to employ the Petitioners. All that we can observe is that if there is any work suitable for the Petitioners is available with the Respondents, the

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
