Since the applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.865/2017,registered with P.S.Warora of DistrictChandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 and 304-B r/w Section 34 of th Indian Penal Code 2] The applicant no.1 is mother in law of deceased Reshma whereas applicant no.2 is sister in law of deceased Reshma( being the wife of husband's brother). Suicide was committed by Reshma by jumping into the well on 17/7/2017. The report is lodged by father of Reshma Shri Kishanrao Bapuraoji Dodke on 19/7/2017.

3] The marriage of deceased Reshma was performed with son of applicant no.1 in the year 2008 and from their wedlock she delivered two children.

4] Perused the F.I.R. The F.I.R. prima facie shows that the allegations are against the husband and the brother in law of deceased. The nature of the accusations against the present

aba.556.17.odt applicants are general in nature. The husband and brother in law are arrested. This Court has already granted ad-interim bail in favour of the present applicant vide order dated 01/8/2017.

5] Looking to the general nature of accusations and delay of two days in lodging the F.I.R. and the applicants are ladies in my view the discretion can be exercised in their favour. Hence, the order.

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.

II) In the event of arrest of applicants Gangabai Suryabhan Pusdekar and Shubhangi Raju Pusedkar in Crime No.865/2017, registered with P.S.Warora of District-Chandrapur for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 306 and 304-B r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code they shall be released on bail on their executing P.R. of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount each.

III) They shall not tamper the prosecution witnesses. IV) With this the application is disposed of.
