In compliance with the order dated 09.08.2018, the applicant has deposited additional amount of Rs.1,90,000/-. As such, as against a loan of Rs.11,00,000/-, the applicant/accused has deposited an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- with interest will be deposited in 12 months.

Let the applicant be admitted to provisional bail on same terms on which he was earlier released vide order dated 15.02.2018.

The undertaking of the applicant that he shall deposit balance amount of Rs.6,00,000/- with interest in the Bank from which he has obtained loan within a period of nine months from today, is accepted. The first instalment of outstanding loan, be paid by 30.09.2018 which will be of Rs.1,00,000/-. The applicant thereafter shall continue to deposit an amount of Rs.75,000/- at the end of each English calendar month and shall deposit

BA729-18.odt entire balance amount with interest at the end of ninth month from today i.e. 31.05.2019 along with interest. Two consecutive defaults, will result in ipso facto cancellation of the bail of the applicant and no express orders will be required cancelling the bail of the applicant. The investigating ofÏcer shall be free to take the applicant in custody in the event default of this order is noticed.

The applicant shall attend the investigating ofÏcer on 1st Saturday of each English Calendar month till the entire amount as ordered is deposited. The application stands disposed of in above terms.
