It is submitted by the learned counsel Shri C.R.Najbhile for respondent nos. 1 to 4 that in this case the appeal came to be dismissed for default on 16/9/2013. The record shows that since then, the appellant has not taken any step for restoration of the appeal. In view thereof, this application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation which is deposited in the Court is allowed.

The respondent nos. 1 to 4 are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs. 5,75,372/-alongwith interest accrued thereon as deposited in the Court.

The application is disposed of.
