Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 160 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 452, 336, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant seeks pre-arrest bail. The crime is registered on the complaint lodged by Dinesh Rudmal Ahir that the accused (seven in number) formed unlawful assembly and the applicant assaulted him with tommy.

According to the applicant, the quarrel between the applicant and the complainant erupted on some trivial issue.

The applicant, aged about 19 years, claims to be student of B. Sc. Course and has stated that he is not involved in any other crime/ offence. The applicant has stated that his father is no more and he has responsibility of maintaining his old mother and two unmarried sisters.

2 aba557.17 Considering the facts of the case, following order is passed:

In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No.160 of 2017, registered by the non-applicant, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond for Rs.Ten Thousand and furnishing one solvent surety in the like amount.
