Heard.

The apprehension of the State that in view of the observations of the learned Sessions Judge, there would be impediment in arresting the non-applicants, is clearly misplaced. It was never the case of the non-applicants that they were arrested and released. Indeed, the nonapplicants approached the learned Sessions Judge seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest.

The non-applicant 1 approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail and was denied the same. No interference is necessary in view of the observation of this Court that there is absolutely no impediment in the way of the Investigating Agency in arresting the non-applicants.
