The application is allowed and disposed of as such. Criminal Application [ABA] No.473/2016 :

I have heard Shri C.R. Thakur, learned Counsel for the applicant and Shri T.A. Mirza, learned A.P.P. for the State assisted by the learned Counsel for the complainant. This application has been opposed by the prosecution.

Considering the nature of allegation made against this applicant, I am of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary and, therefore, this application deserves to be allowed.

aba.473.16 2 The application stands allowed and the interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant by the Court on 19th July, 2016 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions, with addition of the condition that the applicant shall attend the Police Station Ganeshpeth, Nagpur everyday between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for a period of one week, starting from 6th October, 2016 and thereafter on such a occasion, as may be required by the Investigating Officer.

The application is disposed of.
