According to learned counsel for petitioner, though sale certificate was presented before the Registrar, same was not registered.

In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No. 2 to take appropriate steps for registration of the sale certificate, in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment to register the same. If there is any legal impediment, same shall be informed to the petitioner which shall be complied with within three weeks.
