The relief sought by the Petitioner is for a direction to continue the Petitioner in service till the Petitioner attains the age of 62 years and not to retire on superannuation on attaining the age of 60 years. The Petitioner was 60 years in the year 2010. No interim relief was granted. Therefore, the Petition has become infructuous that is perhaps the reason none appears for the Petitioner.
