Prayer is to recall order dated 28.07.2016 and to restore Criminal Writ Petition No.378/2016 back to file. Criminal Writ Petition was seeking police protection. It has been dismissed for want of prosecution, as office objections were not removed. 3.

As we do not see any malafides and error appears to be on the part of the office of the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, we recall the

order dated 28.07.2016 and restore Criminal Writ Petition No.378/2016 back to file.

Criminal Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
