Heard Ms Achla Kashikar, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to her, though the petitioner-Society has filed a detailed representation before the respondents for grant of aid to its School, the same has not been considered till this date. 2.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondents to treat the instant petition as a representation, with a further direction to them to decide the said representation within a period of eight weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copies of the instant petition and the order before the respondents within a period of one week from today. 4.
