The applicant/respondent No.1 has filed this application for grant of permission to withdraw the amount.

The learned counsel for respondents has stated that 50% amount is deposited by the acquiring body and requested to withdraw the entire amount.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The applicant/respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw 50% of the total compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing the usual undertaking.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transmit 50% of the total compensation amount, along with interest thereon, to the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.1 within six weeks upon his furnishing an undertaking and his bank account details to the Registry.

The civil application stands disposed of.
