This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for condonation of delay of four days in preferring the appeal. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay of four days in preferring the appeal is hereby condoned.

This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for grant of stay of impugned judgment and award dated 26.3.2018. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decretal amount shall be deposited in the Court within a period of eight weeks. He prays for stay of the impugned judgment and award. In view of above, the application is allowed, subject to condition that if the applicant deposits in this court the entire amount, as awarded by the Claims Tribunal, within a period of eight weeks from today, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment shall remain stayed until further orders.
