At the outset, learned counsel Shri A.D.Dangore for the applicant, submitted that appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocites) Act, 19879, would lie in view of fact that bail application of the applicant is rejected on 13.6.2019 by learned Special Judge, Chandrapur. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present criminal application with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the said Act.

In this view of the matter, the criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file an appeal under Section 14-A of the said Act.

It is made clear that the present application is not heard on its own merits.
