ATE : SEPTEMBER 30 , 2024 The Government Pleader placed before us a decision delivered at the Principal Seat in Writ Petition No.11724/2024 in the case of Maharashtra State Contractors' Association vs. The Hon'ble Chief Minister to the State of Maharashtra and others dated 22/08/2024 and it is his specific contention that the present petition liable to be dismissed in the wake of the said decision as the issue has been considered threadbare by the Division Bench headed by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The Special Leave Petition filed against that decision by the Maharashtra State Contractor Association came to be dismissed on 20/09/2024.

2) The learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this position.

3) In the wake of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed.
