This is an application filed by the original respondent Nos. 1 and 2 / owners of the suit property seeking permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the petitioner.

Shri Bhangde, learned advocate for the applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has pointed out the order passed by this Court on 1st July, 2015 permitting the respondents to withdraw the amount.

None appears for the petitioners, though copy of the civil application has been served.

Accepting the reasons stated in the application and considering the orders passed by this Court on 1st July, 2015, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 are permitted to withdraw the amount. The demand draft be drawn in the name of respondent No.2.

The Civil Application is allowed in terms of the prayer made in the application.
