Mrs A.A. Joshi, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in this Court and prays that the execution of impugned order be stayed.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the impugned judgment, award and decree dated 08/10/2014 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Achalpur in L.A.C. No. 57/2009 is hereby stayed, until further order.

Civil application is allowed.
