This Court on 6th July, 2023 permitted the wife/respondent to withdraw the amount of the maintenance. Despite the same, as the account of the applicant stands in her maiden name and in the title clause the name was mentioned as 'Aparna Atul Khode', the wife of the petitioner, therefore, she could not withdraw the amount of the maintenance. Accordingly, the present application came to be filed for permitting her to withdraw the amount in her maiden name. 2.

Thus, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (i).
