It is seen from the record that the appeal is abated against the respondent no.4 vide order dated 10.12.2024. 2.

The learned counsel for the appellants has placed on record the pursis dated 3.11.2025 stating that the legal heirs of respondent no.4 are already on record i.e. respondent nos.2, 3, 5 and 6.

Hence, in view of this factual aspect, there is no need of any further order in the matter.

It is also seen from the record that the appellants have deposited an amount of Rs.1,36,608/- in the present appeal. As such, the appellants have shown their bonafide in the matter. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Leave is granted to file the appeal. 5.

Office is directed to register the appeal accordingly.
