The appeal is admitted for final hearing. The applicant/appellant is already on bail and his substantive

2/3 sentences of imprisonment have been suspended. He has also paid the fine amount. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed and it is allowed accordingly. The substantive sentences of imprisonment are hereby suspended till final disposal of the appeal and till that time, the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing a P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum before the trial Court on the condition that he shall attend this Court, if required.
