Writ Petition No.4070 of 2016 was disposed of on 12.07.2019 and the interim order which was operating since 18.07.2016 was continued for a period of three weeks from that date. The said period is expiring today. In the application it is stated that the proceedings have been filed before the trial Court and the matter is fixed for filing of reply by the respondents tomorrow.

In that view of the matter, the interim order which was granted on 18.07.2016 shall continue to operate for a period of one week from today.

The civil application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of.
