In this writ petition the interim order dated 19/07/2022 passed by School Tribunal, Nagpur granting stay to the seniority list and promotion to the petitioner based on such seniority list is under challenge. 2.
This Court granted status quo vide order dated 29/11/2022 and the same is in force till date. Considering the issue of seniority and as regards the promotion, I am of the opinion that the ends of justice would be served if the directions are issued to the Tribunal to decide the appeal on or before 31/12/2023.

Accordingly, I pass the following order:
i) The writ petition is disposed of.
ii) The learned Presiding Officer, School Tribunal, Nagpur is directed to decide STN Appeal No.
2 56-WP6020-2022 18 of 2021 on or before 31/12/2023.
iii) In the meantime, the status-quo granted by this Court vide order dated 29/11/2022 shall continue to operate.
iv) Needless to mention that all the points are kept open.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
