Learned counsel for respondent No. 3 seeks permission to deposit the amount of enhanced compensation with the Registry of this Court. He also submitted that he has received the cheque and will deposit the same within one week. His statement is accepted. 3.

The respondent No. 3 / applicant is permitted to deposit the cheque in this Court by 25.07.2025. The application is disposed of. 4.

On deposit of the cheque and its encashment, the appellant is permitted to withdraw the said amount along with interest accrued thereon, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection as the matter is already disposed of by the order dated 22.01.2024. 5.

Registrar (J), on encashment of the cheque, is directed to transfer the said amount in the bank account of the applicant, within four weeks, on her furnishing bank account details to the Registry. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.) Belkhede
