This is an application for condonation of delay of 921 days in filing the appeal. Perused the application. 2.

Heard the learned advocates for both the sides. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, particularly the period required for processing an opinion and forwarding the proposal etc. for filing the appeal, the delay is not caused deliberately. Hence, the application therefore deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. The application is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned.
