Learned counsel representing respondent nos.3 and 4 as directed by us in our order dated 01.10.2024, make a positive statement to the effect that within a period of two-three days "no objection certificate shall be issued in favour of the petitioner". Recording the aforesaid statement, since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, and as he has already appeared in the interview process for appointment in the respondent no.6-College, the petition has served its purpose and we dispose of the same.
