This is an Application for condonation of delay of about 106 days in filing the Second Appeal. Mr Sumit Joshi, learned counsel for respondent no.1 vehemently opposes the prayer. However since I find that the reasons enumerated in the Application are sufficient and good, the delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed.
