The caste claim of the petitioners has been invalidated for 'Gond' Scheduled Tribes. As a result, though the examinations are over, the result of the 8th semester has not been declared and the marksheets of 6th and 8th semesters have not been issued. We direct the respondents to declare the result of the petitioners, subject to the decision of this petition. We make it clear that if the petition fails, the declaration of the result would not confer any right upon the petitioners.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
