This is an application seeking to change the name in clause title of the appeal which was disposed of vide judgment and order dated 7th December, 2020. 2.

The applicant has filed a reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, which was decided by the Reference Court on 11.03.2015. Being aggrieved, the respondents filed an appeal against the applicant in the name which was mentioned in the original reference application. It is applicant's case that during the pendency of appeal, he has changed his name from Sarosh Ramanlalji Chandak to Pravin Ramanlalji Chandak by Government Gazette published on 22-28.03.2018. He has also produced a photo copy of Adhar Card in change his name.
