Heard learned counsel Shri K.H.Anandani for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri M.J.Khan for the the State. Also, perused a detailed reply filed on behalf of the prosecution and chargesheet. 2.

The applicant is facing very serious offence under Sections 326 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code i.e. dacoity with murder.

Chargesheet shows that prosecution witness identified the applicant.

4.

Chemical Analyzer's Report, as per reply, shows that sleeper of the applicant seized at his behest is having human blood and Blood Group of deceased Vijay and Blood Group on sleeper is identical.

After considering other connecting material and when the Court was about to dismiss the present application, .....2/-
