The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.375 of 2022, dated 06.07.2022, registered with Police Station Chandrapur (City), District: Chandrapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that, the accused persons cheated the informant on the ground that they will provide employment in Western Coalfield Limited, Nagpur and under the said pretext, they collected Rs.12,00,000/- from the informant. 4.

After going through the case diary and considering that there is incriminating material against the applicant which was collected by the Investigation Officer during the investigation, I am of the opinion that, custodial interrogation of the applicant is necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order: The criminal application is rejected.
