This is an application for condonation of delay of 82 days caused in filing the appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that since there was negligence on the part of the applicants/appellants to cause delay, in the larger interest of justice delay may be condoned.

Though served, the non-applicants have not filed their replies.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid by the applicants / appellants with the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur.

Delay is condoned as prayed for.
