Shri Satish M. Uke, Advocate for the petitioners submitted that, during pendency of this petition, in some cases charge-sheets have been filed against the petitioners and some of their family members. It is further stated that there are certain subsequent events which are required to be brought to the notice of this Court.

On instructions, permission is sought to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings either before trial Court or before this Court.

The permission as sought to withdraw the petition with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the trial Court or to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and/ or under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, depending on the nature of the grievance, is granted.

The writ petition is disposed accordingly.
