DATED :- SEPTEMBER 15, 2022.

Heard.

2.

The present application is filed for speaking to minutes to correct the typographical error appearing in the judgment.

3.

As per the contention of the applicant, this Court has disposed of the Writ Petition No.3356/2022 by allowing the petition with a direction to the Scrutiny Committee to issue Caste Validity Certificate within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this judgment. However, inadvertently there are typographical error on page No.2 in paragraph No.4 wherein it is mentioned that "the Vigilance Committee had conducted the inquiry and submitted the report. In view of that report show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 26/03/2022."

4.

It is further contended that at page No.3 in paragraph No.5 it is mentioned as a "cousin uncle Moreshwar Laxman Dhurde" instead of "cousin grandfather" which is to be corrected.

5.

Likewise at page No.13 in paragraph No.12, it is mentioned that the forefathers of the petitioner were residents of "Chhattisgarh" instead of "Chindwara" and lastly in the operative part of the judgment it is inadvertently mentioned that "in the list of Scheduled Caste" instead of "Other Backward Class in the State of Maharashtra".

6.

Perused the judgment. Inadvertently, it is mentioned in the judgment on page No.2 in paragraph No.4 that "the Vigilance Committee has conducted the inquiry and submitted the report. In view of that report a show cause notice was issued to the petitioner on 26/03/2022" which is to be deleted. The correction is also required in paragraph No.5 on page No.3 as "cousin grandfather" of the petitioner instead of "cousin uncle". The correction is also required at page No.13 in paragraph No.12 regarding the place of the forefathers of the petitioner which is mentioned as "Chattisgarh" instead of "Chindwara". The operative part on page No.17 in Clause (c) is required to be corrected as "in the list of Other Backward Class in the State of Maharashtra" in place of "list of Scheduled Caste".

7.

The corrected judgment is to be uploaded accordingly.

8.

The civil application is disposed of.
