Even otherwise, the grounds in this application, which have gone unchallenged, do indicate that balance of convenience, in the present case, tilts in favour of the applicant. The applicant is having responsibility of three years old kid upon her shoulder also. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, application is allowed and Hindu Marriage Petition bearing no. A-25/2017, pending before the Family Court - II, Nagpur, is directed to be transferred
