The petitioners are directed to place copy of the present petition with its annexures before the respondent No.2-Collector, Amravati who shall look into the grievance in the matter of measurement of the lands of the petitioners by the Revenue Authorities and take appropriate decision thereon.

The decision be taken and communicated to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of copy of petition with annexures and this order before the said Authority. 4.

With aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
