It is submitted that respondent No.3 changed her name from Neha Suryabhan Markande to Mangala Suryabhan Markande by duly publishing in Official Gazatte. Her name in the Aadhar Card is also Mangala Suryabhan Markande. As such, there is no impediment in allowing the application. The application is allowed. 2.

Appellant is directed to correct the name. Necessary amendment to be carried out forthwith. 3.

The Nazir is directed to disburse the amount in the corrected name of respondent No.3.
