Earlier the Writ Petition preferred by the petitioner has been rejected, taking into consideration the conduct of the petitioner. It has specifically been observed that the conduct of the petitioner disentitles him for invoking the equitable jurisdiction of this Court. Once the coordiante Bench of this Court held that the petitioner's conduct disentitles him for grant of any equitable relief, the petitioner cannot, again, approach this Court and seek the relief.
Petition is rejected.
