After hearing Shri A.J. Thakkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time, the learned Counsel seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appeal before the competent Court as provided under Section 6-C of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955.
Leave to withdraw the petition with liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
If any appeal is filed accordingly and if there is any delay, the same shall be considered by the competent Court in accordance with law by taking into account the filing of this petition before this Court and its pendency for some time.
