The learned Advocate for the applicant - original respondent No.11 has pointed out the averments in paragraph No.3 of the application to the effect that the respondent No.11 was suspended on 31st October, 2014 and his services are terminated on 28th June, 2016. It is submitted that the termination order is issued after conducting an enquiry.

I am not satisfied that the applicant - original respondent No.11 has made out case for grant of prayer made
