2) Perused the communication dated 05/09/2024 received from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Amravati, through I/c Principal District and Sessions Judge, Amaravati, seeking an extension of four months' time for disposal of R.C.C. No.39/2016. 3) It appears that this court, vide order dated 06/03/2024 passed in Cri. Application No. 1137/2023, directed the Trial Court to dispose of the matter within six months. However, the Trial Court failed to conclude the trial within the stipulated time. So, the learned Judge forwarded the aforesaid communication. 4) Considering the reasons stated in the said communication and the recommendation of the I/c PDJ, we deem it appropriate to extend the time to dispose of R.C.C.No.39/2016 by four more months.

5) The Registrar(Judicial) has to inform the concerned Court accordingly.
