The petitioner has sought grant of parole based on the stale medical certificate of the father.

We are informed by the counsel for the petitioner that the said ailment is aggravated and fresh application would be moved for grant of parole based on the latest medical certificate as contemplated under Rule 23(2) of the Prisons (Bombay Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1969. 4.

The request if so made, be considered expeditiously. 5.

In view of above, we dispose of the petition with liberty as prayed.
