Criminal Application(APPA) No. 701 of 2019 in Criminal Appeal No.382/2019 Coram : Registrar(Judicial) Dated : 05.08.2019 This application is filed for supply of correct address for respondent no. 2. It is stated in the application that the notice issued to the aforesaid respondent again returned back unserved for want of correct address. Thus, the applicant is furnishing correct address of aforesaid respondent.

Since the application is formal in nature, in view of Chapter II, Rule 3 (c) r/w Chapter XXVI Rule 1 of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960, the applicant/appellant is allowed to make necessary amendment regarding correction of address of aforesaid respondent. Necessary corrections be carried out in the cause title of the appeal memo. Thereafter, office to issue notice to the aforesaid respondent, returnable within six weeks.
