At the outset, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw the present application since it is filed prior to the completion of entire investigation. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to approach the Court after filing of the charge-sheet.

The prayer is accepted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh application before the Court below after filing of the charge-sheet.
