This petition seeks directions to grant three months remission to the petitioner in pursuance of the Government Policy. The respondent No.2 has filed affidavit in reply and placed on record a communication from the Superintendent of Aurangabad Central Prison dated 2nd March 2020, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is released from the Central Prison on 22/02/2020 after completion of 22 years imprisonment, including all remissions. In that view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such. Fees of the learned Advocate appointed to represent the petitioner be paid as per the Rules, within four weeks.
